Victoria M. Brown is licensed to practice law in the states of NJ, NY, FL and MA. She has been in active practice for over thirty years, the early years of her career spent as in-house counsel for major corporations and approximately the last twenty years in her own law practice.

Ms. Brown teaches Internet Law to attorneys on a regular basis as part of the faculty of the National Business Institute.

Probate and Wills: Ms. Brown practices in the area of probate and Wills. The death of a close family member is always difficult time. It’s also a very stressful time when the financial affairs of the deceased need to accounted for and liquidated during the process of probate administration. This process can involve the sale of real estate, the sale of a business and sometimes litigation. Attorney Brown, who has years of experience in all these areas of law, can assist you so as to make the probate process comprehensive, organized and manageable in all its aspects. In addition to representing the Executor and/or Administrator of an Estate, Ms. Brown has litigated on behalf of beneficiaries challenging a Will or seeking their fair share of Estate proceeds.

A typical retainer agreement provides for payment of legal services at the rate of $375/hr plus costs. Fixed fee for real estate closings.
