Victoria M. Brown is licensed to practice law in the states of NJ, NY, FL and MA. She has over 20 years experience in all types of business and real estate matters and since the late 1990s has added a specialty in Internet and computer law to assist her business clients and to protect the privacy interests of individuals. PROBATE ADMINISTRATION and PROBATE LITIGATION:  The death of a close family member is always difficult time. It’s also a very stressful time when the financial affairs of the deceased need to accounted for and liquidated during the process of probate administration. REAL ESTATE: Worked as in-house real estate counsel in New York City, NY for nationwide companies such as Corporate Property Investors and Shearson Lehman Brothers and Hartz Mountain, Secaucus, NJ and then doing all aspects of real estate working in private practice. This real estate experience includes, without limitation, buying  and selling residential and commercial real estate,  short sales, leasing (ground, net, gross and residential), condominium (formation, transactions and collections), coops, development (including construction and architectural contracts), mortgages (including preparation and negotiation and  foreclosures), tax liens, tax foreclosure, tax appeals, variances, zoning, land use and condemnation.
